Night of Worship…… (part 1)

Well the the Night of Worship I spoke about earlier was amazing. I believe all of it was God, I believe that he was in every part of it. It was mind blowing for me as we player our first song to see all the people worshipping with open hearts. It was incredible for me to see how God can move when we are open to what he wants us to do. Something else that really hit me was that everyone was worshipping as the body of christ not by churches or denominations. We had a rough count of 277 people (give or take a few) there for that night.

So putting that out there in a few words we are now starting to plan for the next NOW. The date hasn’t been set yet but should be very soon hopefully by then end of the week. Ill keep everyone posted on the next one.

Break my Heart for what breaks yours…………

God is doing something ridiculously awesome with my heart right now. I cant put my finger right on it at the moment but I know something great is to come. I believe part of it would be Him showing me how to Love more like Him and showing me the real meaning of Love in a much deeper way than before………

E-camps

So for the past 2 weeks I have been with leading worship with Joe, Andy, Taylor, Nate and Kerry and having our good photographer friend Sam join us. God has been doing some awesome things with these kids the past 2 weeks. But I must say out of the past 2 weeks last night was great as we got to sit down as band and just talk and encourage each other in Christ. Im looking forward to what God is going to tonight as its the last night of the camp.

Summer 09 (so far)……

Summer is here, I love it. But I just got back in from summer camp on friday and wow it was amazing. First of all Chris, Brink, Nathan, and Joe were awesome leading worship this year. Camp is always a great thing but this year was just flat out incredible. Wednesday night session after dinner was amazing. Gods presence was on that place that night, I have never experienced God in such a way. Everyone worshiped with such open hearts not letting anything stop them. We didnt even have a late night team competition because everyone kept worshiping.

Getting ready to head out for a couple weeks to lead worship with some awesome people God has blessed me with. We will going to Myrtle beach then off to hendersonville.( Pray that we figure out how to get there)

Night Of Worship/ God has put this on my heart and has been doing some crazy stuff with it, Ill wright about it later on

old times………

Wow so lately i have been missing a lot of people i havnt seen in a while. Its just something i have been thinking about a lot lately i dont know why. It kinda bothers me actually cause these are people I care about………….

One great person I did enjoy time with on sunday was Jake Dudely. Man do I love that guy, we went out for some Moes on sunday cause I had to be up in C-ville (Caretersville) that morning. But the last time I had seen this guy was 4-5 months a go which im really not a fan of……..

Broken Voices……..

So tonight was an awesome night at Woodstock first baptist. We had some friends from Broken Voices come in and share some amazing stories with us. These guys are some amazing people along with there families. God is using them to encourage and speak to people all over the country.

Although this was the second time I had sean these guys they seemed to have encourage me in a greater way than the first time. They spoke about how God has a plan for everyone and how God wants us to be all in, in what he is going to do.

Andrew and Matt are amazing to have left everything behind and go and do what God called them to do.

Portugal………..

Im kinda of late getting this up. But I just got to say God did some great things on this trip. I must say that our team this was awesome everyone worked together in such great ways to make happen what needed to happen. We did a lot of open air outreach stuff with the locals along with visiting some local churches and having service with them. I had the awesome chance to meet some great people on this trip and share stories with them. Everyone always has a different story which seems to interest me in such a great way. Although I didnt get to lead anyone to Christ on this trip I was able to Love on so many people in so many different ways. Something God really spoke to me on the trip was that Our job isnt to go out and see how many people we can SAVE our job is to love on people and to plant the seed. See we cant force upon someone to be saved it just doesnt work like that. Because it something of the heart not the prayer thats said within that.

I dunno just some thoughts God put upon me while on this trip…..

Portugal Bound………

Tomorrow morning Ill be bound for Portugal or something of that sort. This will be my second time to this awesome country its going be good to see old friends from last year. I believe God is going to do some amazing things while we over there. I always learn and grow so much when I travel. Its always a blessing to meet people with different cultures and backgrounds. But when I come to think about it, the people really are not all that different its really just our surroundings that make us different.

Our team will be working with the children over there doing day camps along with open air ministry. Be praying that God would soften the peoples hearts along with our own. And that He would make us courageous in our actions. Also most importantly that He would help us to Love like Jesus, in every word, step and action that is made on this trip.

Also pray that our flight isnt delayed coming back on Saturday night cause on top of wanting to make it through the airports I have to be in Cartersville at 7AM Sunday morning.

craziness…….

Life has been flipped upside down in the past 2 weeks with many things. It has definitely been a time where God has worked on me in many ways. Ive been thinking alot about if things are really worth doing for what its worth……….

I have pretty much made up my mind with couple small but at the same time big choices i have had to make lately but they are for the better at where im at……….

Open doors………

Wow God has been doing some great things in my life with music and everything. Every weekend in March was booked by the end February plus playing at FBCW epicenter on wednesday nights. Its really a blessing to get to do what I do especially with being so young. April is slowly starting to get filled up but hopefully it does the same as March. Im looking forward to see how God is going to use me in all this.
